Sprint-Nextel Extends Partnership With Bristol Capital

We are pleased to announce that Sprint-Nextel has extended its private-label distribution agreement with Bristol Capital. Under the agreement, Sprint-Nextel will continue to bundle InfoPlus GuardianService - a hosted disaster recovery and reporting service designed for Nortel PBX platforms - with all Sprint Branded Maintenance Agreements. In addition, Sprint-Nextel will utilize branded InfoPlus Traffic Study solutions to assist customers in better managing their telecommunications costs and infrastructure. Verizon Business Partners with Bristol Capital to Provide Nortel Disaster Recovery Services and Online User Training Across the Customer Footprint

In an effort to improve business practices and reduce costs, Verizon Business is now providing InfoPlus Disaster Recovery Backup Services for all voice service maintenance customers (Nortel systems). In addition, all participating Nortel maintenance customers will be enrolled in InfoPlus Online User Training at no additional charge.

InfoPlus Traffic Study Enhancements New reports addressing DSP Resources have been added to the InfoPlus Traffic Study for Nortel systems (DSP Resource reports are available on CS1000e systems at Rel. 4.5 or newer). Plus, all InfoPlus Traffic Studies for Nortel systems now include a report entitled "Action Items" - a condensed, user-friendly summary of the key findings and recommendations generated by our analyses.
