Deutsche Bank and Verizon Select Bristol Capital for Nortel PBX Management and Remote Disaster Recovery Solutions

Montvale, NJ - May 1, 2003 -- Bristol Capital, a leading remote service bureau serving the PBX/VoIP marketplace, today announced that Deutsche Bank and Verizon have selected Bristol Capital to provide remote PBX management and disaster recovery solutions across the Deutsche Bank PBX network.

Under the multi-year agreement, Verizon will be providing Deutsche Bank with several key services offered as part of the InfoPlus PBX Support Solutions portfolio. The services address several areas of PBX network support ranging from traffic analysis and management to ongoing site surveys and PBX system audits.

In addition, Deutsche Bank will be utilzing InfoPlus GuardianService to provide a remote disaster recovery solution spanning all installed Nortel PBX systems. The service provides double-redundant binary and textual raw data backups of every Nortel PBX on a weekly basis. Should a catastrophic system failure occur with one or more PBX systems, the archived data would be available to the customer via an encrypted database to which the customer has private access.

GuardianService also provides for remote, cross-platform database restorations in the event that a failed PBX system is replaced with an entirely new system. All of the restorations and data backups are handled remotely and no hardware or software is required.

Bristol Capital will also be providing customized services and outsourcing support on key PBX and data network projects as necessary. Additionally, the firm will also provide traffic analysis for the Deutsche Bank's Avaya PBX systems.
