Under the new agreement, Ikusi-GS will remain as the exclusive distributor of InfoPlus Services throughout Mexico and continue to offer the services under private label. Bristol Capital will continue to provide remote support for the company's base of Nortel PBX customers ranging from site survey and traffic analysis to disaster recovery and security assessments. The services are designed to help Ikusi-GS reduce its operating costs while streamlining the way it manages its customer base. Bristol Capital will also help to expand the Ikusi-GS services portfolio by providing support on custom solutions such as Nortel PBX database migrations and dialing plan expansions and reductions as needed.
