Bristol Capital and Norstan Communications Announce Distribution AgreementMontvale, NJ - June 1, 2003 -- Bristol Capital, a leading remote service bureau serving the PBX/VoIP marketplace, today announced that Norstan Communications will begin marketing and distributing the company's InfoPlus PBX Management Services throughout the U.S. and Canada under private label. Bristol Capital will also be providing several vendor support solutions including maintenance contract renewal support, remote system support, customer management and a variety of custom engineering solutions. Under the new multi-year agreement, Norstan will incorporate InfoPlus Services into its Nortel and Siemens voice maintenance services portfolio. In addition, Bristol Capital will also provide several vendor support solutions designed to help Norstan reduce operating costs, identify and establish new revenue streams, attract new maintenance customers and streamline the way it manages its installed base of voice CPE customers. Highlights of the partnership include a web-based PBX customer management database and private-label web portal that allows Norstan and its customers to share important system data, reports and studies with a click of a mouse. In addition to online MAC ticketing and access to security, traffic and asset management information, customers will have access to several disaster recovery utilities designed specifically for the Nortel PBX platform. Among these utilities is the industry's only self-directed, platform-independent data recovery service that enables customers to perform complete database restorations on their Nortel PBX systems even if they do not have access to a technician or their original system disks. And since Bristol Capital operates as a remote service bureau, customers are not required to install buffer boxes or expensive software to take advantage of the services.
