INNUA and Bristol Capital Renew Partnership - InfoPlus Services Added to INNUA Membership Benefits Program

Montvale, NJ - August 1, 2003 -- Bristol Capital, a leading remote service bureau serving the PBX/VoIP marketplace, today announced that the International Nortel Networks Users Association (INNUA) has renewed its long-standing partnership with Bristol Capital and will continue to offer the company's InfoPlus PBX Support Services portfolio as part of the INNUA Membership Benefits program.

Under the multi-year agreement, INNUA members will have access to a wide range of InfoPlus services designed specifically for the Nortel PBX platform. Services range from web-based traffic analysis and security audits to remote disaster recovery and custom data solutions.

A portion of the proceeds from the program will be used to further end-user education and chapter activities.

INNUA members who purchase InfoPlus Services may access their finished reports and studies directly from the INNUA web site using a security code unique to their account. No hardware or software is required to take advantage of the services.
