Bristol Capital Adds Nortel End of Life Analysis to InfoPlus Portfolio

Montvale, NJ - March 15, 2004 -- Bristol Capital, a leading remote service bureau serving the PBX/VoIP marketplace, today announced that it has added Nortel End of Life Analyses to its InfoPlus service portfolio.

Effective immediately, the new report will be included with all InfoPlus Site Surveys and GuardianService subscriptions and will be made available to users via Bristol Capital's online PBX database. The report is designed to assist vendors and Nortel users with planning upgrades and identifying Nortel support issues without having to dispatch technicians and sales engineers to conduct physical surveys. Analyses cover all installed hardware and software packages and are customized to the specific PBX surveyed. In addition, the report content is dynamic and will be continuously updated to reflect changes in Nortel's support policies. Therefore, users who survey their systems just once a year will always have access to the most current End of Life support information for their PBX system.

To further assist its vendors in identifying critical EOL issues and avoiding potential contract liabilities, Bristol Capital has developed a rating system which it will apply to each system surveyed. This rating system allows vendors and large enterprise users who have access to Bristol Capital's online PBX database to perform detailed queries and quickly prioritize certain locations over others based solely on the level of support impact.
