Bristol Capital and Ronco Communications Announce Distribution Agreement

Montvale, NJ – August 1, 2004 -- Bristol Capital, a leading remote service bureau serving the PBX/ VoIP marketplace, today announced that it has been selected by Ronco Communications & Electronics, Inc. to implement a company-wide disaster recovery and PBX support solution. As part of the agreement, Ronco Communications will also be marketing and distributing Bristol’s InfoPlus PBX Management Services to their customers throughout the U.S. under private label.

Under the new agreement, Bristol Capital will be providing GuardianService - a platform-independent, remote disaster recovery and restoration service – across Ronco’s base of Nortel PBX maintenance customers. “Our goal is to increase the Ronco value proposition to our customers,” states John DiNatale, Executive Vice President of Ronco Communications Corporate Operations, “by supplying them with a secure, anytime, anywhere method for accessing their essential Nortel equipment information.” The service augments Ronco’s existing maintenance portfolio by adding advanced remote backup and restoration solutions designed specifically for the Nortel PBX platform, as well as several other vendor support solutions that will support Ronco’s internal processes. Additionally, Bristol Capital has partnered with Ronco to build a dedicated, private-label customer web portal that will allow customers to access important PBX system information, disaster recovery files, End-of-Life analyses and more by logging in through Ronco’s corporate web site.
