Verizon and Bristol Capital Extend Nortel/Avaya PBX Support AgreementMontvale, NJ February 1, 2005 -- Bristol Capital, a leading remote service bureau serving the PBX/ VoIP marketplace, today announced that Verizon has extended its long-standing, private-label distribution agreement with Bristol Capital for an additional three years. Under the new agreement, Verizon will offer Bristol Capital's suite of InfoPlus PBX Support Services under private label. Moreover, Bristol Capital will continue to provide remote, back-office support for Verizon's base of Nortel and Avaya PBX systems, including remote site surveys, traffic reporting, disaster recovery, security analyses and management of Verizon's voice maintenance contract development and renewal process. The services, reports and studies are accessible on an online PBX management database (hosted by Bristol Capital) which is accessible by both Verizon and its customer base. Bristol Capital will expand its support of Verizon's custom engineering needs with solutions such as PBX database migrations and dialing plan expansions/reductions.
