InfoPlus® and MAC Source Announce Partnership

InfoPlus announces that it has entered into an agreement with MAC Source Communications to provide the InfoPlus suite of communications management reports to their customers throughout the northeast and mid-western United States.
Under the new agreement, MAC Source will be including the InfoPlus GuardianService® in the ongoing maintenance offering to their customer base on a quarterly basis. GuardianService® provides each customer with an InfoPlus Site Survey, SourceBook and Database Backup, which together, provide a communications manager a powerful suite of information tools for asset management, system configuration and disaster recovery.
InfoPlus will also be providing a range of vendor support solutions - including Traffic Studies and Site Surveys - that will streamline the MAC Source internal business processes and reduce operating costs. Additionally, InfoPlus has partnered with MAC Source to build a dedicated customer web portal that will give MAC Source and its customers direct access to critical PBX system information, disaster recovery files, end-of-life analyses and more.
