VDS brings InfoPlus® Services to the Heartland

Voice Data Systems (VDS), a leading provider of telecommunications services and solutions, has signed an agreement to provide the InfoPlus suite of communications management reports to their customers in upper Midwestern states, principally in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. VDS will now include the InfoPlus GuardianService® annually with all of its enterprise user maintenance and/or managed service agreements.
The InfoPlus GuardianService® is a 'bundle' of the company's most popular services, including the InfoPlus Site Survey (with Factory Support Analysis), SourceBook and Backup Service. Customers under the GuardianService® plan have powerful communication system information available to them on a regular basis. The reports provide information in key service areas such as asset management, system documentation and disaster recovery that is both highly accurate and actionable.
In addition, VDS customers can avail themselves of additional information services provided by InfoPlus, including Traffic Studies, Security Audits and powerful online tools that help reduce costs, pre-engineer VoIP/SIP migrations and allow telecom management to be highly proactive with their network planning.
The InfoPlus service offering will provide VDS with an additional level of support, especially for large, multi-location installations as well as valuable, insightful information which can be used to enhance customer engagement.
