InfoPlus® Partners with SPS to Provide Services

InfoPlus and Strategic Products and Services (SPS) have announced their partnership to provide the InfoPlus suite of services to SPS Avaya and Nortel customers on a global basis. Headquartered in Parsippany, NJ and with offices in nearly 30 North American cities, SPS designs, implements and supports technology solutions to help customers be more efficient and competitive in their markets.
Under the new agreement, the full compliment of the InfoPlus suite of communication management reports and services will be available to SPS customers as a part of their maintenance program. In addition, SPS will provide several of their premier customers the GuardianService® Gold or Platinum package, arming them with a quarterly Site Survey, SourceBook and Database Backup, an annual Traffic Study and Security Audit, as well as engineering consultative services.
InfoPlus provides a complete array of communication management information in key responsibility areas, including asset management, traffic studies and performance, PBX documentation, disaster planning/recovery and backup services. Differentiating the InfoPlus services are accuracy, ease of use for all management levels, quick turnaround, compatibility across all telecom platforms and powerful online tools that enable communication managers to plan effectively.
