GuardianService

For Nortel users with more rigorous business contingency requirements, we offer GuardianService - the industry's only PBX management service that combines dynamic, online PBX reporting with a remote data protection and true, platform-independant disaster recovery. GuardianService subscribers receive monthly updates of the InfoPlus SourceBook, Site Survey and End of Life Analysis. Additionally, full binary and textual raw data backups are performed on a scheduled basis. In the event of a hardware or software failure, vendors and their customers may access and upload critical PBX database files online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bristol Capital also offers fully-assisted data uploads for those systems that experience catastrophic failure or when cross-platform data transfers are necessary.

Performance

Bristol Capital's InfoPlus Traffic Study is the most widely-used traffic study solution in the CPE industry and continues to set the standard for accuracy, reliability and ease-of-use. From trunk recommendations to processor utilization, our study covers it all. Data is presented in full color graphics, and our recommendations are made using customer-friendly language that eliminates the need for engineering support. Multiple studies can be performed simultaneously, and the study supports both domestic and international locations. The InfoPlus Traffic Study supports Nortel, Avaya and Siemens 9006 PBX platforms.

InfoPlus Call Management Services combine call accounting/CDR and ongoing traffic analysis into a flexible, secure web-based solution that can help your customers optimize performance while controlling telecommunications costs. The service is scalable so it matches customer growth without additional capital investment. All that's required is a small buffer box which is placed on your LAN. As data is collected from the PBX, it is pushed to our servers where it's processed into reports (pre-defined by the customer). As reports are completed, they're distributed via email to the appropriate contacts so end users can spend less time wrestling with complex software and more time putting the data to good use.

One monthly service fee covers everything. The service is future-proof, version-proof and platform-independent (more than 400 PBX systems are supported) to provide a lasting solution.

Security

Developed in concert with Nortel Networks, the InfoPlus Security Audit is the most robust security assessment available for the Nortel PBX platform. A total of 85 separate analyses are performed, resulting in a truly consultative report that highlights existing and potential security issues within Meridian 1, Meridian Mail and Call Pilot systems. No additional hardware is required, and we handle all of the data collection and measurement remotely. We also follow up every Security Audit with a full hour of telephone consultation at no charge.

In addition, we also provide a full Security Audit for the Avaya PBX platform (G3v4 and later).

For ongoing security monitoring and fraud detection, Bristol Capital offers InfoPlus SwitchMinder - a fully-hosted service that constantly collects and analyzes call activity against user-defined security thresholds and proactively notifies users at the first signs of abuse. Unlike traditional call detail recording programs that focus on reactive solutions, SwitchMinder can assess trends in call activity and help your customers anticipate and prevent fraud before it occurs.

Backup
