If you're a vendor but have not been provided with a login ID and password for our Online PBX Database (or if you're having problems logging on), you can still view your InfoPlus Reports online using the Web Security Code that was assigned to your specific customer site. The Web Security Code will allow you to view InfoPlus SourceBooks, Site Surveys, Traffic Studies and Security Audits for a single PBX location.

Web Security Codes are reserved for end-user access. For easier access to your customer locations and to take advantage of additional customer management tools and utilities, we suggest that you utilize the Online PBX Database. To arrange access, just send an email to support@infoplusonline.com or contact our Vendor Support Team at 201-476-0600.

Tip: You can enter the Web Code "DEMO" (all caps) to view sample reports.

To help you investigate "What If" scenarios, we also provide a Java applet, the InfoPlus Traffic Analyzer, which can be used to determine trunking requirements for any amount of usage.

All InfoPlus Services are delivered in Portable Document Format (PDF), and require Adobe's Acrobat Reader software to view. This software is available free of charge from Adobe for most popular computers (follow the link above). With the Acrobat Reader Plug-in installed in your browser, the Traffic Studies will appear right in your browser window. Otherwise, just open the downloaded PDF documents with Acrobat Reader to view them.
