Supported Platforms

InfoPlus Data Backup Services are available for Nortel Communication Server (backwards compatible to Release 22), Nortel BCM (release 3.5 and newer) as well as Avaya Communication Manager at Release 3 and newer. If your Nortel system is pre-Meridian 1, Option 21, 51 or 71 (or if your software is pre-release 22), full disaster recovery protection is available with GuardianService (see below).
