InfoPlus Data Backup Services are available for Nortel Communication Server (backwards compatible to Release 22), Nortel BCM (release 3.5 and newer) as well as Avaya Communication Manager at Release 3 and newer. If your Nortel system is pre Meridian 1, Option 21, 51 or 71 (or if your software is pre-release 22), full disaster recovery protection is available with GuardianService (see below).
