The InfoPlus Security Audit

Developed with an eye towards customer friendliness, the InfoPlus Security Audit is a complete analysis based on manufacturer security "best practices" for Avaya and Heritage Nortel Communication Servers. Using the InfoPlus Security Audit, enterprise users can easily identify and correct potential security risks before they result in unauthorized access.

How Does It Work?

To conduct an InfoPlus Security Audit, InfoPlus connects to an Avaya or Heritage Nortel Communication Server and downloads the information required to complete the audit. Downloads are completed after normal business hours and are transparent to the operation of the Communication Server.

After downloading the required information, InfoPlus performs an exhaustive analysis of the user programming and compares the information to Avaya/Heritage Nortel security "best practices". Detailed recommendations for corrective action are then generated for each component that is found to be out of compliance.
