Inventory Configuration Performance Security Backup
It's not enough to know what you have - you need to know how it's put together. This is why we developed the InfoPlus SourceBook more than two decades ago.

Today, most Avaya or Heritage Nortel enterprise users won't even look at a maintenance contract unless it includes at least one InfoPlus SourceBook. With more than 30 reports and analyses ranging from detailed station templates to equipment maps, the InfoPlus SourceBook provides a complete documentation of Avaya and Heritage Nortel Communication Servers - right down to the buttons on each set. And all the information is presented in a format that's easy to read and understand.

Avaya and Heritage Nortel System Information in Plain English

More than just a "data dump", the InfoPlus SourceBook provides analyses that can help enterprise users improve service and better manage their communications infrastructure. For example, the SourceBook's "Action Items" report highlights programming conflicts and capacity issues before they become service-affecting. And the detailed Equipment Maps provide a full view of installed hardware including main call servers and remote gateways, virtually eliminating the need for physical site surveys.

Document Multi-location, Avaya FCE Networks

The InfoPlus SourceBook is compliant with the latest Avaya FCE architecture, and organizes programming information by "location", making it easy for administrators (and their vendors) to manage redundant, geographically-distributed Communication Server networks.

Also, completed InfoPlus SourceBooks are accessible on the InfoPlus Online Services Portal, a powerful tool that gives vendors and their customers a global view of their Avaya and Heritage Nortel systems, all with a single user ID.

Scalability, Flexibility

For more complex, active systems, InfoPlus SourceBook updates may be scheduled at periodic intervals. Individual Data Backups may also be added to each InfoPlus SourceBook when remote backups are required in tandem with ongoing system documentation needs.

Minimum System Requirements: Avaya G3v4 or Heritage Nortel X11 Release 14.
