InfoPlus® and Windstream Partner to Provide Windstream GuardianService

InfoPlus is pleased to announce it has partnered with Windstream, a leading provider of advanced network communications, to deliver an enhanced voice maintenance support service - Windstream GuardianService - across their base of Avaya enterprise users.
Under this new Agreement, InfoPlus GuardianService® will become a standard component of Windstream's Enhanced/Complete voice maintenance plans.
InfoPlus GuardianService® is a bundled service offering that provides Avaya users with the industry's most advanced communication management reports and disaster recovery tools. It includes quarterly updates of the InfoPlus Site Survey, Factory Support Analysis, SourceBook, System Backup as well as access to InfoPlus Site Advisor - an advanced online resource that provides targeted action items for service improvement.
Including these reports as part of their Enhanced/Complete voice maintenance service offers users insight into the major areas of communications management, including Inventory, Configuration, Performance, Backup, and Security. In addition, GuardianService provides consultative, targeted action items and relevant system recommendations, which will give Avaya users the system intelligence they need to identify risk, reduce costs and minimize downtime.
